Ahora llegó el turno de un trío francés integrado por Nicolas Berrivin, David Darricarrère y Christophe Declercq, de donde se destacan sus samplers funkeros y jazzeros de los 60's y 70's. Pero sin duda es el en trip-hop y hip-hop donde predominan sus principales líneas. en este, su tercer disco, se pueden apreciar grandes trabajos en programación, sampling y scratching el cual modelan la columna vertebral del sonido francés de Smooth.

Magnífico dúo conformado por Elliot Ireland y Alex Rizzo que en esta ocasión se conforman en modalidad de banda para traer una nueva placa llamada Private Funktion, en la cual dejan caer toda su artillería de funk y jazz al más estilo setentero. Pareciera que estuvieramos escuchando una banda de antaños, que hace recordar a Instant Funk o BT Express, ya que logran el más puro sonido funky de antología. EXCELENTE!!
